Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Step 2: Consultation and Availability

Next, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your event details including but not limited to the date, location and guest count to ensure Grey & Dobbin is available.

Step 3: Customize Your Experience

We love to collaborate and bring our clients vision to life. We’re available to help customize your event by personalizing the interior to match your needs. This includes going through our equipment and supplies checklist as well as any branding elements/special features you’d like to bring to life.

Step 4: Booking and Agreement

When we’ve confirmed your event details, a rental agreement will be provided outlining the terms and conditions—pricing, deposit requirements, liability coverage etc. Please review the agreement and sign and submit any required deposits to secure your booking.

Step 5: Final Preparations

As your event approaches, we’ll be in touch to ensure all logistical details are in place like drop-off and pick-up times and any additional services when requested.

Step 6: Enjoy Your Event

On the day of your event our team will arrive at an agreed upon time to set up, which only takes roughly 20-30 minutes. Similar to an RV trailer, Grey & Dobbin arrives at your event and simply plugs into power and hooks up to water. If your event doesn’t have power or water, we can provide a generator and fill our water tanks before arriving. A demo will then be provided to you and your staff to show you how all of the features work and soon after you and your guests can enjoy the unique Grey & Dobbin custom bar experience.

Step 7: Event Conclusion

Following your event our team will return to pick up Grey & Dobbin ensuring a smooth hassle-free process. Please note next day pickup is an option.

Step 8: Post-Event Feedback

After your event we’d love to hear about your experience as we value our clients feedback. Your input helps us improve and continue to provide exceptional experiences. Don’t forget to follow us on social media and leave us a Google review.

Note: We are here to assist you and recommend you determine your liquor license requirements which can vary depending on the location and the nature of the event. It is the responsibility of the renter to obtain the necessary permits and licences unless you are working with a licensed supplier for service.
